ACCOMMODATION       

The villa has a large, L-shaped lounge and dining area, which open out onto the kitchen.  The lounge overlooks the pool through a large rounded picture window.  It is beautifully furnished, in a contemporary style and accommodates 6 people.  There is a CD system with a few CDs (dont forget to take your own favourites), a video recorder and both digital and analogue satellite television.  Avid readers will find a selection of bestsellers.  There are also a few games for the kids.

Heating

A new gas central heating system has recently been installed for winter rentals.  This also provides hot water on demand.

Bedrooms      

There are 4 bedrooms, fitted with double wardrobes (plus hangers).  The master bedroom has a super king-size bed, bedside tables and a chest of drawers.  It is en-suite with a bath/shower, toilet, washbasin and bidet.  The other 2 bedrooms on the main level have queen-size double beds and an adjoining shower room with shower, washbasin and toilet.  The lower level of the villa houses the fourth bedroom which is comprised of a shower room with washbasin and toilet, a small kitchen with fridge and washing machine and an enormous bed-sitting room with a double bed which leads out through double doors onto a small veranda.  AND the most beautiful views!  In the evening you can see all the lights twinkling between Denia and Valencia.  Quite stunning.

The fourth bedroom is ideal for those who would like a little more privacy during their holiday.

The beds will be made up on arrival and changed once weekly.  Duvets and blankets are available, just in case, and are found in the wardrobes of each bedroom.  There is also one good quality fold-up bed, which is suitable for an extra child.  We have a cot and highchair, which will be supplied if requested on the booking form.

Kitchen

There is a range of cleaning fluids under the sink - just help yourself and replace as necessary.  The kitchen is well laid out with all the usual facilities, including an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave and fridge freezer.  There are plenty of pots, pans, mugs, plates, dishes, glasses, cutlery etc.  If you break any please replace them or at least let us know!   There is also a selection of non-breakables for the pool area.

Rubbish - there are plenty of rubbish skips on the complex.  They are emptied daily in the summer and the closest one is just along the road towards the commercial centre.  Please do not leave rubbish in or around the villa!!

Bathrooms

Please try to keep the bathrooms dry and aired. 

 Outside

There are 3 terraces, depending on your mood.  In the summer, the lounge terrace picks up the morning sun and the terrace overlooking the pool is sunny all day.  The lounge terrace, which overlooks the golf course, has a solid stone Valencia table and seating for 6.   It is also idyllic for anyone needing shade and a bit of peace in the afternoons.
